Traditionally grown in India, it is of the same category of superfoods as Quinoa. According to modern research Rajgira has several health benefits.

It is a true powerhouse, which can help prevent several chronic health conditions such as heart disease, cancer and stroke.

Hard working farmers in India started growing Rajgira for its great powers and felt grateful to God for its benefits. It’s called Ramdana, (God’s grain) or Rajgira (Royal grain) in different parts of India.
